You may request a return for your new/unused or used products(s) by e-mailing us with the reason for your return. All returns will be reviewed by our return department. Once your return is approved we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with instructions for returning your product. Please remember that many products are custom made to your specific order, for that reason some products will be subject to a 25% Re-stocking fee. When ordering, please be certain of ring size, color, chain length, etc. so that you will not have to pay a re-stocking fee for incorrect product ordering.
